Snow Day

Last Wednesday we received our first round of the El Nino effect snow storm that swept the Midwest, and seems to still be working it's way through our neighborhoods. The roads have been scary and the traffic has been even scarier.

Grandma had a level two snow emergency and couldn't make it in to watch Mallory so I got to have a snow day with my baby. It was a great way to break up the week. We woke up, played, napped, played some more, ate, then played some more. Although we didn't venture out to play in the snow, we enjoyed watching it from the inside of the house. There was one Poland who couldn't get enough of the snow. Ally was impossible to get inside the house. The only time she would go to the door was to look at Mallory.
